Shepherdshey Village found!

Okay folks, I can take down my cynical "Everywhere but Devon" post!

My contact in Devon has found Shepherdshey Village for us, and yes, this time it is in Devon!

It is Drewsteignton Village. One of the early scenes in Diana shows a left to right pan of the village square.

This village hasn't changed much. Here it is in about 1880.

This scene shows the corner of the building where the Leigh furniture dealership was located (I have been informed by the Drewsteignton Parish Council that this is actually part of a private dwelling).
